In this second episode of Leaders Beyond the Stage, I have a heartfelt conversation with Vivian Seo and Adnan Riaz , from Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI). Vivian serves as Executive Director of a program committed to empowering ethnic aspiring entrepreneurs across Hong Kong with Adnan Riaz as her strong supporting colleague. The team provides comprehensive entrepreneurship training, tailored mentorship and professional coaching, working with locals to launch their own businesses.

There are no flashy success shortcuts. We shared authentic startup stories, covering rewarding breakthroughs and tough setbacks.
